Trial Adoption
In order to gain access to network resources in Scotland and in the wider UK CRC (Clinical Research Collaboration) all the regulatory requirements and consents must be completed.
This can be an arduous task that the network can help you with. We have tried to make this process as transparent and as unbureaucratic as possible but do require a copy of the proposed protocol and completed form in order to help advance your case.
Once a trial/study has been adopted by SMCN it will be notified to the equivalent body in the MCRN (England) and with whom reciprocal arrangements for adoption have been agreed.
